ಸಿ೦ಗಾರ.

ಹಸಿರುಡುಗೆಗೆ

ಕೆ೦ಪ೦ಚಿನ

ಜರಿ,

ಮೈ ಬಳಸಿದ ಲತೆ,

ಮುಡಿಗೇರಿದ

ಸೀತಾಳೆ ದ೦ಡೆ,

ಅಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲಿ

ಮುತ್ತಿಕ್ಕುವ

ದು೦ಬಿ,

ಮಾಮರದಲಿ

ಗಾನವು ತು೦ಬಿ.

ಬೇವಿನ ಕಹಿಗೆ

ಬೆಲ್ಲದ ಸಿಹಿ,

ನಿನ್ನೆಯ ನೆನಪು

ನಾಳೆಯ ಕನಸು,

ನಿನಗಿದೇ ಸ೦ತಸ

ಯುಗಾದಿ ಎ೦ದರೆ

ನಿನಗೋ

ಹೊಸದಿನದ

ಸಿ೦ಗಾರ.

युगादि

दिन दिन मिलकर

वर्ष हो चला है |

पृथ्वी फिर नयी श्रृंगार में खड़ी

हरी साड़ी पर पुष्पों की झड़ी |

तन पे लताएं जैसे

पहना सुन्दर गजरा |

पुष्पों पे भंवरों के फेरे

आम के पेड़ों से सुनते मन मोहक गायन

कल की यादों के नीम से

कल के सपनों तक की

गुड़ सी मिठास |

युगादि है

चैत्र के नए दिन का नया श्रृंगार |
